Needs paintshop pro x or other suitable versions.

save my crumpled pattern to your psp pattern folder
my selection to psp selection folder
Notepaper
(sepia toning effect is optional)
making notepaper
open my eadie_notepaper
go to effects photo effects sepia toning
set amount of age to 100
add new raster layer go to patterns locate crumpled-paper
angle 0 scale 100
and floodfill your new layer
back to photo effects sepia toning change age to 70
change the opacity of your crumpled-paper layer to 45
your image now
go to layers merge visible
got to selections load/save selection load selection from disk
and locate noteholes1
now hit delete on your keyboard
selections select none
your finished crumpled notepaper
Lets tear it up a little
using your freehand selection tool select an area of your paper you want torn
and hit delete
here is my first torn part
now repeat this in different areas of your paper
I have selected all mine so you can see my selections clearly
I also made small selections on my holes give the effect that they had been torn from their binder clips
now using your lighten/darken tool with these settings
use small strokes to darken around the edge of your paper and on torn parts
You can change the colour and make selections to cut your paper in smaller pieces
add text, brushes,doodles ect......
try this out on other papers other than notepaper
